RECENT CASES

I have assisted those instructing me and the Courts in a wide variety of litigation involving the spine both in personal injury and clinical negligence, as well as preparing reports for a number of Trusts and NHS bodies outside of the medicolegal arena. I have many years of experience in assessing cases and Claimants, taking part in conference calls, and appearing as an Expert Witness to assist the Court. I accept equally cases on behalf of claimants and defendants plus a small number of single joint instructions.
